We are proud to offer FREE shipping services that currently operate in over twelve countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. The average delivery time is between 7-20 days. The products are sent on order directly from the manufacturer/supplier so that we can save enormously on storage and transport costs. In that way, we can ensure to offer our products for the lowest prices and with FREE shipping. We always take the shipping costs for our account. 

We ensure that our manufacturers follow similar eco-friendly standards like us. The guarantee of high-quality products that we adhere to our product vision is something that we are glad to provide.

How do you ship packages?
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from our warehouse in Spain are shipped through DHL. Packages from our warehouse in Asia will be shipped by ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product. 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide FREE shipping to twelve countries around the world. For the other countries, we charge a shipping fee. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies per location. These are our estimates:

United States, Canada, Europe            |       7-20      Days
Australia, New Zealand                           |      10-25     Days
Central America, South America           |      10-25     Days

 *This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email once your order is shipped. Click here to track your order. If you haven’t received your package's tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.

My tracking information states “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please contact us If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number. Click here to track your order. 

Is my package lost?
Packages are rarely lost. Unless you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, the orders will arrive on time and at their destination in 99,9% of the cases. In rare cases, customs holds a package much longer than expected. If you still have not received your shipment within 45 days, please contact us and you will be reimbursed the entire purchase amount. If you still receive the order after those 45 days, you can keep it. Even if the entire order has already been refunded.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, sometimes items of the same order will be sent in separate packages. Please don't worry, all the items in your order will arrive within the estimated shipping times.  

Is the packaging Plastic Free & Recycled?
Minimizing shipping waste is important to us. We package most of our products with plastic free materials and try to recycle and reuse whenever possible. We try to solely select manufacturers that wrap products in recyclable plastic free materials. With the few manufacturers that use plastic packaging, we are working really hard on finding plastic free alternatives that keep your products safe during transportation. In case a manufacturer uses plastic packaging for your order we will inform you and kindly ask you to recycle the plastic.
