Returns & Refund Policy

Are you unsatisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) may not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return shipment. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shop to Stop Plastic cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s).

If the Return Form is not fully completed, we unfortunately, cannot process the return request. Please send the receipt or proof of purchase with your returns.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Click here to visit our Returns Center. Please fill in the return form. 

Step 2: Once we reply that your return is approved, you can ship it with any carrier of your choice. Send the items(s) together with the receipt to the address on the return form. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you’re from returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us.

Step 3: Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Note: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. On average it takes 5 business days.

Non-returnable items: 
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Note: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. On average it takes 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shoptostopplastic.com and send your item(s) to: Kuyperstraat 90, 3601 VB Maarssen, The Netherlands.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
