Returns & Refund
Are you unsatisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products and customer service. So, if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.
Our Policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) may not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return shipment. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shop to Stop Plastic cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s).
If this form is not fully completed we unfortunately cannot process the return request. Please send the receipt or proof of purchase with your returns.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Please fill in this return form. We will reply within 5 business days.
Step 2: Once we reply that your return is approved, you can ship it with any carrier of your choice. Send the items(s) together with the receipt to the address on the return form. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you’re from returns can take up to 21 business days to get back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you. If your refund is approved, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We will then initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.
Note: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy. On average it takes 5 business days.
