You will receive an email once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your package's tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please contact us If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number.

The average delivery time is between 7-20 days. The products are sent on order directly from the manufacturer/supplier so that we can save enormously on storage and transport costs. In that way, we can ensure to offer our products for the lowest prices and with FREE shipping. We always take the shipping costs for our account.

Packages are rarely lost. Unless you have provided an incorrect shipping address, the orders will arrive on time and at their destination in 99,9% of the cases. In rare cases, customs holds a package much longer than expected. If you still have not received your shipment within 45 days, please contact us and you will be reimbursed the entire purchase amount. If you still receive the order after those 45 days, you can keep it. Even if the entire order has already been refunded.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to your order. However, In case you order the wrong product or variant, please contact us at info@shoptostopplastic.com to see how we can help you.

Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are sent separately from each other. If items from your order are missing, you will usually receive them after 2-3 business days. Please don't worry, all the items in your order will arrive within the estimated shipping times. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

For logistical reasons, sometimes items of the same order will be sent in separate packages. Please don't worry, all the items in your order will arrive within the estimated shipping times.

Our Policy lasts 15 days. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item(s) may not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for your return shipment. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shop to Stop Plastic cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s).

If the Return Form is not fully completed, we unfortunately cannot process the return request. Please send the receipt or proof of purchase with your returns.

Step 2: Once we reply that your return is approved, you can ship it with any carrier of your choice. Send the items(s) together with the receipt to the address on the return form. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you’re from returns can take up to 21 working days to get back to us.

Step 3: Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been processed.

Please note that you will need the tracking number of an item to track it. You cannot track an item without a tracking number. The Track & Trace number can be found in your invoice email. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. In the confirmation email, you will find all relevant information regarding your order and how to track it.

This is how our Tracking service works:

  • Simply enter the Track & Trace ID number of the item from your receipt and your Email Address.

Can I use the number on my receipt, order number, to track my item?

No. The number shown on your receipt is called an Invoice Number. It is not a tracking number. It is simply a number used to record your transaction. A tracking number is in the format of two letters, followed by nine digits, and ending in two letters.

Please note that for some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.  Once the tracking number is known you will automatically receive an email with this number. Please contact us If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number.

Please contact us if 1-5 business days have past and you have not received an email with your tracking number.
